implicated, exonerated, humiliated
hung out to dry, but why?
don't wanna lie, wanna fly,
far away, can't stay,
can't stand living day to day
i need a clean slate and time to resituate
my uncertain fate but it's too late
so much stress, got put in a mess
they press me to confess,
but that's not my style, smile
they've got my file, i'm on trail
try me, you're the one that's guilty
set free, don't wanna be part of your heirarchy
complied, confide, confined with my cell mate
stale mate, turned me into jail bate
broke me like the laws i don't abide
i'm above you, behind you, right by your side
you could've easily let it slide
but you wanted to take me for a ride
you're deceptive, i'm disoriented
i wanna disappear, get away from here
for reasons that are clear
and not even near anything having to do with fear
the fact you're phony, fake, shoulda been a snake
look what you put at stake, things you had no right to take
covertly contemplating creating a conspiracy
depriving me of the sanity God granted me
contorted, distorted, unsorted
uncertain as to what to say, you don't wanna play
you'll pay, keep acting like everything's okay
everything's cool, fool, can't avoid a duel
you're low on fuel, full of shit, unligit
what you gave is what you get, dimwit
you're outta your mind, one of a kind
people like you aren't hard to find, can't put me in a bind
can't handle the heat, your defeat
retreat, you've been beat
at your own lame game
it's a shame everything's the same
you're where you started, outnumbered and outsmarted
it's time you parted
because everything's coming to an end
so don't try to pretend to be my friend and mend

so show some remorse
